How does the website training work?
When you enter your website URL, Starts Now crawls pages from your domain — up to your plan's page limit — extracts the text content, and creates Gemini vector embeddings. This lets your chatbot understand and answer questions based on your specific content.
Will the chatbot answer questions it doesn't know?
No. The chatbot is designed to answer only from the content it was trained on. If a question falls outside your content, it politely says it doesn't have enough information instead of guessing.
How do I embed the chatbot on my website?
After creating your chatbot, you'll get a simple embed script. Copy and paste it just before the closing body tag on your site. It works with any platform — WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or custom HTML.
Can I customize the chatbot's appearance?

Is there a limit on messages?
