Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.

What counts as a message?

Each AI response to a visitor question counts as one message. If a visitor sends 3 messages and gets 3 responses, that's 3 messages toward your limit.

What is the Custom plan?

The Custom plan lets you define your own message volume. Submit a request from your dashboard, and our team will configure pricing based on your needs. Your plan activates once an admin approves it.

What happens if I exceed my message limit?

Your chatbot will stop responding once the monthly limit is reached. Upgrade to a higher plan to increase your message allowance.

How is payment handled?

Payment is via Payoneer invoice. After requesting a plan, our team sends you an invoice and activates your plan once payment is confirmed.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. No contracts or commitments. Cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of your billing period.
